Hey Guest! 👋

Rules

1. No griefing in public sessions, whether it’s a SAFE session or not

Do not attack other players in public sessions. Avoid damaging others’ goods and property. Consensual PvP is allowed, as well as PvP jobs outside of freemode. Intentionally annoying other players can be considered griefing as well. If you do accidentally drop a mine, you can remove it by rejoining the session.

2. No advertising SAFE, or other PC crews, publicly

Advertising other safe communities on other platforms is fine, but please don’t advertise your personal crews. Streaming is NOT allowed in any SAFE sessions, however, recording is acceptable.

3. Please don’t AFK while in SAFE sessions

Please do not AFK in SAFE sessions, especially if you occupy a CEO or MC slot. We need your attention to participate in potential vote-kicks in the sessions, as well as to be present for Discord check-ins.

4. CEO and MC Slots - No hogging MC or CEO slots

There is a combined limit of 10 slots per session, so disband or retire as soon as you are done. Sales take priority over other activities that require a CEO or MC slot. Avoid solo-sales where possible as this can hold up a slot for longer than necessary.

5. No organisation work in SAFE sessions

Organisation work prevents access to certain properties for other players so please do VIP/CEO work, Clubhouse Contracts, Club Work and Client Jobs in private sessions instead.

6. Give and take equally

If other players help with your sales, make sure you help others when they ask.

7. Business Battles

Announce your participation in the BB if you are within a reasonable distance, as it’s a first-come-first-served basis. Share business battle goods where possible. If there is event cargo, prioritise those who don’t have it yet. Job warping is not allowed.

8. Don’t engage with griefers

If a griefer shows up in a SAFE session, start a vote-kick. Alert the @SAFE Team on Discord if you think they are using a mod menu that prevents them from getting kicked. Engaging with them may encourage them to retaliate so don’t give them a reason to.

9. Use SAFE tag in SAFE sessions

Using the tag while in our sessions means that you’re not mistaken for a griefer. Being part of another crew with a SAFE tag is only allowed if all members of that crew are verified members of SAFE as well.

10. Set your “Targeting Priority” to Attackers and disable “Yacht Defenses”

Always check your fire. Even if your “Targeting Priority” is set to attackers, the targeting priority is ignored if there is anything business-related that pings the session, for example: the target is carrying any kind of cargo, in a team doing any kind of sale mission, or close enough to a business battle to be considered a rival for PvP. So, be safe and check your fire.

11. Keep your profile, friends and game stats visible on Social Club.

Profile visibility and game stats visibility can be set to “Friends & Crew” or “Everyone”.
“Show my friends” has to be set to “Yes”.

12. Avoid connections to banned crews and banned players.

Being friends with banned players, players in banned crews or to be part of a banned crew yourself is not permitted.

13. Make sure your Discord server nickname matches your Social Club name

If you ever decide to change your name on Social Club, make sure to let us know. You can do so by using the !nickname request YourNewName command in #lightangel Discord channel.

14. Pay attention to Discord and the player list

Check the player list and let staff know if there’s a random player in the session, then initiate a vote-kick.

15. Rules on Red Roles

You might find yourself with a Red Role if, for example, staff find an issue with your Social Club, Discord profile, after breaking a rule or a combination of these. On receiving a Red Role, your access to channels will be limited and you will be removed from the crew until the issue is resolved. Having a Red Role means there is something you need to address. First, check the name of your Red Role to see what the problem is. Second, check the pinned comment in the #red_alert Discord channel to see what you need to do.
