We want to you to undersand how and why SAFE Crew ("SAFE", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information about you when you join and use our website.
We collect information you provide to us directly when you use the website. This includes :
Account information. To create an account, we ask you to "Login with Reddit". Your Reddit username is public (it can be displayed according to your preference on your profile page). We do not collect other information from your Reddit account such as your password, email address, avatar or any other preferences specific to your Reddit account. Additionally, as part of our "Join SAFE crew" process, we also ask for your Rockstar Social Club username. If the join process goes through, your Rockstar Social Club username will be publicly visible for you and all other members of the website, as well as your Rockstart Social Club avatar. We do not collect other information from your Rockstar Social Club account such as password, emails or any other preferences specific to your Rockstar Social Club account.
Content you submit. We collect information about the actions you take when using our website. This concerns any settings preferences that you may save on your profile page.
Other information. You may choose to provide other information directly to us, such as for example, collecting information when filling out a form.
When you use our website, we may also automatically collect information about you. This includes :
Log and usage data. We may log information during your login onto the website. This may include your IP address, user-agent string, browser type and operating system.
Cookies. We may receive information from cookies, which are pieces of data your browser stores and sends back to us when making requests, and similar technologies. We only make use of Necessary / Essential Cookies and are essential trough the website navigation. They help to authenticate users and prevent fraudulent use of user accounts. Without these Cookies, the services that you have asked for cannot be provided, and we only use these Cookies to provide you with those services.

When other users view your profile, they will be able to see information about your activities within SAFE Crew, such as your Rockstar Social Club username and active SAFE Social Club crew membership, your Discord username if you choose to, your Reddit username if you choose to.
We do not share any information about you to any third-party person or service.
We take measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. For example, we use HTTPS while information is being transmitted. We also enforce technical and administrative access controls to limit which of our staff members have access to non-public personal information.
You can help maintain the security of your account by configuring two-factor authentication.
It is within your rights to delete your account at any time but be aware that without an account on our website, you may lose access to all (or
parts) of the GTA-related content or features we offer to our members.
It is within your rights to request an extract of all the data we currently have in our possession that relates to your account.
